Monthly Membership PoliciesThese policies apply only to the Contractor Complete monthly membership. They do not apply to individual manuals or prepaid manual packs.
Revision policyCorrections caused by ComfortIQ Design are free. Customer-requested changes after the original design is approved are $50 per revision. Major floor-plan, equipment, system, or scope changes may require a new project credit.
Cancellation policyYou may cancel future renewals. If you use any membership manual credit during a billing month, the full $549 price for that month remains payable even if you cancel before the month ends. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not erase a charge for a month in which a membership manual was used.
Credit policyUnused monthly membership credits expire at the end of each paid billing month and do not roll over. After the month ends, the monthly credit balance resets to zero. A new set of 10 Manual J, 10 Manual S, and 10 Manual D credits is issued only when the next monthly payment succeeds. Credits purchased separately as individual manuals or prepaid packs are not affected.
